Terms and Conditions

Our shop philosophy is simple.  You browse, You find us, You make your selection, You pay.  We receive your order, we shout with glee that you chose us.  We package your parcel beautifully (and sometimes give you a free gift), and we ship it out to you first class.

We cannot ship plants further than the EU due to plant health regulations and costs. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER PLANTS IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE THE EU.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: If you don't think our products are the best you've ever purchased, we'll give you our 'No Quibble' guarantee. Just return the item you are unhappy with we'll refund you the cost of the item. If an item should get lost in the post (heaven forbid), we will either replace or refund (less postage). Simple as that.

Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, cheques (payable to 'Antonia fiander'),  Paypal or Bank Transfers. If paying by cheque, please send a 'limited cheque' as some plants may not be available at the time of ordering. Just write the words 'not to exceed' and your final amount in £'s and leave the £'s box blank - we will fill this in for you. This stops us having to write refund cheques! Your invoice will show you the amount you have paid and a detailed summary.

GUARANTEE:  Plants are guaranteed healthy and true to name at the time of sending. We are in no way responsible for consequential loss.

ORDERS WILL BE SENT WITHIN 7 DAYS.  We package and send orders on a Monday and a Thursday.
